Our Guarantee

All tubers were grown solely by us, at Lowlands Farm. We guarantee they are true to photo, with at least one viable eye. 

In the event of a problem with your delivery, please contact us at lowlandsfarmwa@gmail.com within two weeks of receiving your order. 

If you experience a growing issue or believe you received a variety in error, please contact us by September 1st 2022. We cannot be held liable for problems due to growing conditions, pest/rodent damage, or neglect. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction with our tubers: if needed, a replacement of the same tuber will be mailed the following spring.
