What is a CSA?

Our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is so much more than a vegetable delivery service. It is a relationship between our farm and you as our customer. You invest in this relationship by signing up at the start of the season to help the farm take on the initial expenses of growing each year, and we make a commitment to work our hardest to bring your family a changing variety of the highest quality produce throughout the season.

Not only are you forging a stronger and closer connection to your food source, you are helping to build a resilient food system and supporting stewardship of this beautiful river valley land. Your membership is a vote for environmental sustainability, community building, and your own family’s well being.

Putting the “Community” In CSA

Signing up for our CSA program makes you a member of our farm community for the season, and Education, Community and Connection are at the core of our CSA! We want our program to be a platform for meeting new people, exchanging resources, and eating locally with intention and intuition. We provide support, education, and fun resources to help you make the most of the produce in your box and transform the way you cook & eat at home!

SHARED RISK & REWARD

By becoming a member of our CSA you are becoming the ultimate farm supporter by agreeing to share in the risks and rewards of farming. We commit to do our very best to provide members with a bountiful, high-quality, and changing share each week. However, our harvest can be at the whim of nature, and this may impact what we are able to deliver during the season.  Weather, insects, or other unforeseen production factors may impact crops - it’s all a part of being along for the ride and you’ll get an insider understanding into growing food in the PNW. As always, our members are our first priority, so our CSA program receives produce above all other outlets; fun new crops, limited favorites, and bumper harvests - the bounty gets passed on to you!
